L\u2019\u00e9tude sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans 8 pays, dont 15 services de r\u00e9animation en France, <strong>sous la coordination du Dr R\u00e9mi Coudroy<\/strong> du service de m\u00e9decine intensive r\u00e9animation du CHU de Poitiers.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;2475&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;PROJET DE RECHERCHE&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|font_size:16px|text_align:left|color:%23687884&#8243; google_fonts=&#8221;font_family:Lato%3A100%2C100italic%2C300%2C300italic%2Cregular%2Citalic%2C700%2C700italic%2C900%2C900italic|font_style:400%20italic%3A400%3Aitalic&#8221;][vc_column_text]Le syndrome de d\u00e9tresse respiratoire aigue est la forme la plus grave de l\u2019infection \u00e0 COVID-19. Cette pathologie est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par un \u0153d\u00e8me majeur dans les poumons qui g\u00eane l\u2019apport d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dans le sang. Dans cette situation, la ventilation artificielle est souvent indispensable. Elle consiste \u00e0 appliquer une pression positive dans les poumons pour ouvrir les alv\u00e9oles pulmonaires engorg\u00e9es par l\u2019\u0153d\u00e8me afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019oxyg\u00e9nation. Toutefois, si la pression est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, les alv\u00e9oles pulmonaires peuvent \u00eatre distendues et la ventilation artificielle peut devenir d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Le but de l\u2019\u00e9tude CAVIARDS-19 est de comparer les effets de la ventilation artificielle avec des r\u00e9glages personnalis\u00e9s \u00e0 ceux de la ventilation artificielle avec une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux recommandations internationales.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1605793119045{margin: 20px !important;}&#8221;][vc_icon icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fa fa-pie-chart&#8221; color=&#8221;custom&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1605793100468{margin-bottom: 5px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221; custom_color=&#8221;#ed1941&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">La France est le premier pays \u00e0 obtenir les autorisations r\u00e8glementaires pour d\u00e9buter l\u2019\u00e9tude. A ce jour, les centres participants fran\u00e7ais qui ont tous obtenus ces autorisations, sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 inclure les premiers patients.
