Rosa est un dispositif robotis\u00e9 multi-applicatif d\u2019assistance \u00e0 la neurochirurgie. Il est con\u00e7u pour assister les neurochirurgiens dans la pr\u00e9cision du geste chirurgical, que ce soit pour la chirurgie endoscopique rachidienne, pour les biopsies c\u00e9r\u00e9brales ou pour la neurochirurgie des mouvements anomaux comme dans la\u00a0 maladie de Parkinson.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec le robot Rosa pour r\u00e9aliser des biopsie de tumeurs c\u00e9r\u00e9brales, indique le Pr Bataille. Le robot nous permet d\u2019atteindre des zones critiques, qu\u2019on avait du mal \u00e0 atteindre auparavant. Nous avons gagn\u00e9 en pr\u00e9cision et en s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb Pour le patient, c\u2019est \u00e9galement un gain en confort et en ergonomie. \u00ab\u00a0Le syst\u00e8me Rosa permet de faire les calculs de ciblage le jour J et donc de s\u2019affranchir du cadre st\u00e9r\u00e9otaxique parfois fix\u00e9 la veille sur le cr\u00e2ne du patient, sous anesth\u00e9sie locale. Le dispositif est donc beaucoup moins invasif,\u00a0\u00bb poursuit le neurochirurgien.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde phase du projet se dessine d\u00e9sormais, avec\u00a0 l\u2019acquisition du scanner per-op\u00e9ratoire O-arm\u00ae, un syst\u00e8me d\u2019imagerie en trois dimensions coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 Rosa. \u00ab\u00a0Cette association de technologie doit permettre d\u2019op\u00e9rer en priorit\u00e9 les pathologies provoquant des mouvements anormaux comme la maladie de Parkinson, car le robot nous apporte un gain de pr\u00e9cision de 0,5 millim\u00e8tre sur l\u2019implantation de l\u2019aiguille et permet un contr\u00f4le de son positionnement en temps r\u00e9el, souligne le Pr Bataille.
